The Mission

As the National Account Manager, you won't just be maintaining relationships-you'll play a key part in driving the company forward.

  • Identify and capture untapped revenue streams within the hardware retail space.
  • Translate performance data into actionable growth strategies and monthly KPI reports.
  • Get "on the ground" with retail store visits to ensure brand excellence.
  • Partner with the leadership team to influence long-term market expansion.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Sector Expertise: Proven experience managing retail hardware accounts (experience with Bunnings or similar retailers is a must).
  • Data Literacy: You are tech-savvy and confident using data to build compelling presentations and identify market gaps. Experience using Krunchbox software would be a huge advantage.
  • The Mindset: You're a self-starter who is happy to "roll up your sleeves" in a busy environment while keeping an eye on the bigger strategic picture.
