We're partnering with a growing industrial business looking to appoint a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive expansion across key verticals within manufacturing and trade sectors.
The Opportunity
This role is focused on:
- Expanding business verticals and identifying new revenue streams
- Developing long-term, strategic partnerships
- Selling value-driven solutions (not just products)
- Creating genuine win-win outcomes for both client and business
- Signing new customers and growing existing accounts
You'll have the autonomy to build your pipeline while being supported by an established brand in the industrial space.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in capital sales or SME industrial sales
- Background within manufacturing, trade, or industrial sectors (highly desirable)
- Strong solution-selling capability
- Demonstrated ability to win new business and close deals
- Commercial mindset with strategic growth experience
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
