The Role
Based in a Melbourne CBD office, you will:
- Convert a mix of warm inbound leads and self-generated outbound opportunities
- Build and manage your own pipeline of business customers
- Make 40+ outbound calls per day, supported by structured follow-ups via phone, email, and digital presentations
- Close new business and negotiate tailored solutions for clients
- Attend networking events and industry conferences to grow your network and personal brand
- Achieve monthly revenue targets of $125K with the support of proven sales systems, training, and leadership

About You
- 2-3+ years' experience in B2B outbound sales

- Comfortable working in-office five days per week and contributing to team culture
- Experience selling high-value B2B solutions or working towards $1M+ annual targets is highly regarded
