We're looking for a Customer Service Officer to join a fantastic Australian-owned company, renowned for producing high-quality packaging solutions for over 60 years. The job:

Accurately process sales orders in the system and verify invoices.

Liaise with customers, internal teams, and production staff to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

Coordinate transport, deliveries, and third-party warehouse partners.

Support the sales team and provide exceptional service to a blue-chip client base.

Attend planning meetings, generate reports, and assist with general administrative tasks.
What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in customer service, order management, or sales support.

High attention to detail and strong data entry accuracy.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP experience is a bonus.

Experience in packaging or manufacturing is advantageous-but not essential!
