Full Time | Permanent | $60-65k + Super | Monday-Friday, 9-5
We're looking for a full-time Customer Service Admin staff member to join our clients BAU team. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, and your organisational and customer service skills will be valued.
What You'll Do:

Be the first point of contact for clients, insurers, and internal teams

Manage claims, update systems, and coordinate contractors

Assist with invoicing, reporting, and general admin tasks

Keep things running smoothly while delivering exceptional service
