Full Time | Permanent | $60k+ Super (negotiable) | Monday-Friday, 9-5
We're looking for a full-time Customer Service Admin staff member to join our clients BAU team. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, and your organisational and customer service skills will be valued.
What You'll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for clients, insurers, and internal teams
- Manage claims, update systems, and coordinate contractors
- Assist with invoicing, reporting, and general admin tasks
- Keep things running smoothly while delivering exceptional service

- Hardworking, reliable, and highly organised
- Great attention to detail and confident using Microsoft Office
- Mature-minded with excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks without missing a beat
