- The main focus of the role is in maintaining service excellence to customers ALREADY in the system
- As with any larger company the more extensive the database the more the need to be careful in ensuring existing accounts are looked after and maintained
- Duties: follow up sections of the database as directed; provide information on specials and other new products; establish any areas of concern (pricing, quality, delivery times etc) to any lapsed or MIA customers; problem solve any issues and report / provide feedback to management; identify potential areas of sales growth; update database and changed details / new contacts ETC. This is not a cold calling role.
- You will enjoy a productive and satisfying role ensuring customers are treated with respect and promises are kept
- You must have customer service or call centre experience, excellent communication skills, a tactful helpful problem solving approach, an enthusiastic pick up the phone manner (majority of this is oubound warm calls) and the success will be yours
- Normal office hours - Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm
