About the Role

In this hands-on customer service position, you'll join a dedicated team in delivering top-tier service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service in sales, returns, and promotions
• Liaising with customer over phone and email, and occasionally in person

If you've been in customer service for a while and looking for a new challenge, there is opportunity to take on a leadership role and step up as 2IC as needed.
