The Role:
- Working closely with the service and operations teams, your responsibilities will include:
- Booking and scheduling Service Technicians using internal calendars
- Coordinating service jobs and customer bookings
- Managing incoming customer enquiries and job updates
- Assisting with internal sales support and administration
- Liaising with technicians, customers, and internal departments
- Processing service documentation and purchase orders
- Updating customer records and job information
- Using internal systems and SAP software (highly regarded)
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in internal sales, service coordination, scheduling, or administration
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Experience using SAP is advantageous
- Professional phone manner and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and time management
