We're looking for a commercially astute Business Development Manager who thrives in technical sales environments and knows how to open doors, build trust, and drive long-term growth across manufacturing and industrial markets.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Building and growing strategic relationships across manufacturing, industrial, and engineering sectors
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing a strong pipeline across your territory
  • Managing the full sales lifecycle - from prospecting and solution development through to negotiation and close
  • Working closely with operational, engineering, and production leaders to understand challenges and deliver tailored solutions
  • Driving revenue growth through both new business acquisition and account expansion
  • Collaborating with technical specialists to deliver customised, outcome-focused proposals
  • Positioning solutions that improve productivity, efficiency, automation capability, and operational performance

What You Bring

  • Proven success in B2B sales within automation, robotics, industrial equipment, manufacturing technology, or engineered solutions
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to sell value and business outcomes, not just products
  • Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders across operations, engineering, procurement, and production
  • A hunter mentality with the ability to develop and grow a territory strategically
  • Technical understanding of manufacturing environments and operational workflows
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and solution-selling capability
  • Australian working rights and a valid driver's licence
