- Building and growing strategic relationships across manufacturing, industrial, and engineering sectors
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing a strong pipeline across your territory
- Managing the full sales lifecycle - from prospecting and solution development through to negotiation and close
- Working closely with operational, engineering, and production leaders to understand challenges and deliver tailored solutions
- Driving revenue growth through both new business acquisition and account expansion
- Collaborating with technical specialists to deliver customised, outcome-focused proposals
- Positioning solutions that improve productivity, efficiency, automation capability, and operational performance
What You Bring
- Proven success in B2B sales within automation, robotics, industrial equipment, manufacturing technology, or engineered solutions
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to sell value and business outcomes, not just products
- Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders across operations, engineering, procurement, and production
- A hunter mentality with the ability to develop and grow a territory strategically
- Technical understanding of manufacturing environments and operational workflows
- Strong negotiation, relationship management, and solution-selling capability
- Australian working rights and a valid driver's licence
