About the Role
We're looking for Internal sales / Customer service officer, who is responsible for managing existing and new business orders that come through. Follow up is required both over the phone and email so being confident and ensuring positive relationships are always maintained.
Reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager, you'll be responsible for processing orders from start to finish, with their valued building clients and handled promptly to ensure they are well looked after.
You will work closely with the Sales / Account Management Team to ensure a seamless customer experience!!
About You
- Proven experience in Administration, customer service, internal sales
- Lead from the Front and show your worth
- Enthusiasm and get up and go is a must!
- Strong understanding of Word Excel / Microsoft suite
- A confident communicator over the phone and over email
- Committed to team morale, accountability, and performance
- Eye for detail and follow up and ensuring a positive experience is essential
