Executive Assistant to CEO & COO

A well-established national non-for-profit organisation is looking for a highly capable Executive Assistant to support both the CEO and COO.
This is a role for someone who enjoys being at the centre of a busy leadership team, managing competing priorities, keeping things moving and ensuring senior executives are set up for success.

The Role
As the Executive Assistant, you'll provide high-level support across executive administration, communications and coordination of key organisational activities.
Your responsibilities will include:
Executive Support

Managing complex calendars, meetings and travel arrangements

Monitoring and prioritising executive inboxes and escalating urgent matters

Preparing briefing notes, presentations and meeting materials

Drafting high-level correspondence and internal communications
Stakeholder Coordination

Acting as a key point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders

Supporting the CEO's participation in meetings, speaking engagements and events

Building and maintaining strong working relationships across the organisation
Operations & Project Support

Preparing agendas, reports and documentation for leadership and strategy meetings

Taking minutes and ensuring actions are tracked and followed up

Supporting organisational projects and strategic initiatives as required

Maintaining organised filing systems and records
About You
You're an experienced EA who enjoys operating in a dynamic environment and supporting senior leaders who move quickly.
You bring:

5+ years' experience in an Executive Assistant, Operations or senior administration role

Exceptional organisational skills and strong attention to detail

The ability to prioritise, adapt and manage shifting demands

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High levels of discretion, professionalism and sound judgement

Confidence dealing with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders

A proactive, solutions-focused approach and strong problem-solving ability
You're someone who takes ownership of your work, remains calm when things get busy, and enjoys helping senior leaders stay focused on what matters most.
