We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated all-rounder to join a small office team in a full-time, permanent position. This is a stable role within an established international company, offering consistent hours and a supportive workplace.
About the Role
This position is a mix of customer service and administration. You will assist customers with enquiries, process orders, and support the wider team with general office duties. As part of a small team, you will handle a variety of tasks and work closely with both local and overseas colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer customer enquiries via phone and email
- Prepare quotes and process orders
- Organise freight and coordinate deliveries
- Support the sales team with administration
- Liaise with warehouse and transport providers
- Manage customer accounts and resolve issues
- Assist with general office and reception duties
About You
- Previous experience in customer service or administration
- Strong communication skills
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and ERP systems (SAP experience an advantage)
- Able to manage multiple tasks and work well in a team
