About the Role

This is a dynamic position offering variety across customer service, administration, and operations. You'll be at the heart of our small team, managing online orders, coordinating logistics, resolving escalated customer issues, and supporting the daily flow of business operations. You'll have the chance to wear many hats and make a tangible impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and handle escalated resolutions.
  • Coordinate logistics with freight carriers and suppliers.
  • Process and confirm online sales orders.
  • Assist with stock ordering and troubleshooting inventory challenges.
  • Support team members across sales, operations, and admin.
  • Collaborate on special projects and process improvements.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
  • A passion for delivering excellent service and solving problems with resilience.
  • Proven experience with inventory management (3+ years).
  • Confidence working with technology across multiple platforms.
  • A systems-focused mindset and ability to create and follow processes.
