About the Role
As a Team Leader, you'll drive the Help Desk Team's success, managing daily operations and being a hands-on leader who's ready to step in when needed. Your role will include:
- Overseeing the team's processes, ensuring everyone is on track and aligned
- Leading the team with clarity and support, handling both administrative and developmental tasks
- Acting as the first point of escalation for both internal and external customers
- Keeping everyone informed through daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Creating effective methods to track progress and task completion
What You Bring
- A strong background in Customer Service with a commitment to putting the customer first
- Previous experience as a Team Leader in a Help Desk/Customer Service environment
- Knowledge of computer management systems and advanced computer skills
- Exceptional communication skills and a team-player mentality
- The ability to effectively transfer knowledge and skills to the team
