What does the role involve?
As a key member of the team, you'll play an important role in ensuring smooth operations and delivering top-notch service. You'll interact with clients, internal teams, and external partners, handling claims and inquiries professionally while maintaining high standards.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service via phone and email.
- Accurately enter claims into the CRM system and insurer portals.
- Assist management in ensuring contractors are appointed for tasks
- Assist with invoicing, ensuring it aligns with insurer rates.
- Communicate with insurance companies, customers, and team members regarding claims.
- Participate in the after-hours on-call roster and assist with other tasks as required.
- Work on a rotating roster (shifts include 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm and 10am-6pm)
