- Variety of duties will cover: answering phones; monitoring emails from customers; data entry of orders; some quoting, purchase orders and invoicing; handling online orders and use of Shopify account; database maintenance and more - there is plenty of scope to learn other duties - that is the benefit of a small organisation
- Roll up your sleeves and make a difference - you can even get your forklift licence if you want
- YOU will ideally have office management experience, ecellent customer service, strong computer skills, a willingness to jump in and help where needed, a positive focus on continuous improvement and be seeking a job where you can make a difference - attitude is everything
