A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced admin all-rounder to join a well-established and growing business manufacturing electrical products for commercial and industrial industries across Australia.

This role suits someone who thrives on providing exceptional service, enjoys working collaboratively across multiple teams, and loves being the go-to person within the office.

The role…

You'll play a key part in ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience. Acting as the bridge between customers, sales teams, and operational departments, you will manage enquiries, process orders, prepare quotations, coordinate logistics, and support daily customer service functions.

This is a varied role where no two days are the same - ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking, problem-solving and working in a dynamic setting.

Key responsibilities…

  • Manage customer enquiries, orders, quotations and follow-ups
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Liaise with internal teams, warehouses and external transport providers
  • Support a team of mechanical and electrical engineers with administrative tasks
  • Monitor complaints and resolve issues efficiently
  • Be part of exciting new projects as they arise

About you…

  • Experience in a similar role would be ideal, preferably in a manufacturing environment
