We're looking for a positive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused person to join our Cambridge team as Internal Sales Support, working closely on a major local account.
What You'll Be Doing
- Prepare accurate estimates and quotes
- Support Account Managers with day-to-day sales and admin tasks
- Process orders and ensure everything runs smoothly from quote to delivery
- Build relationships with builders and internal teams
- Help maintain and grow key client accounts
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide top-notch service

Who You Are
- Ideally 1-2 years of experience in estimating, sales support, or administration (construction industry a bonus!)
- Confident communicator - friendly, genuine, and customer-focused
- Great with numbers and accuracy
- Proactive, organised, and ready to learn
- Competent with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
