About the Role

Reporting to the Inventory Coordinator, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day operations of the stores department. You'll lead a small team, ensure inventory accuracy, coordinate incoming and outgoing materials, and play a key role in keeping site operations running efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and supporting a small stores team
  • Maintaining accurate inventory and stock control
  • Coordinating receipting, storage and dispatch of materials
  • Ensuring materials are available to support maintenance and operational teams
  • Driving safe work practices and continuous improvement initiatives

What You'll Bring

Essential

  • At least 5 years' experience in warehousing, stores or inventory management
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • A proactive approach with excellent attention to detail

Highly Regarded

  • SAP experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Warehousing, logistics or inventory qualifications
