This isn't a role where you'll spend your day sitting behind a desk or managing a large team. Instead, you'll be the person who keeps the warehouse operating efficiently-from receiving deliveries and managing inventory through to picking, packing, labelling products and preparing orders for dispatch.

Your new role

• You'll have autonomy to manage your day and take ownership of the warehouse.
• For the most part you'll be trusted to run the warehouse independently, although you'll have assistance from casual staff as needed.
• No two days are the same - some days will be fast paced with inbound deliveries and orders to fulfill, other days are quieter giving you the opportunity to organise stock, maintain inventory accuracy and improve warehouse processes
• A stable Monday-Friday position
• This role isn't a stepping stone; it's a long-term home.

What you'll need:

• Previous experience in FMCG warehousing.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Happy to jump on a forklift (walkie stacker), unload a truck, pick and pack, label products, and keep the warehouse running.
• Enjoys variety rather than repetitive pick packing.
• Stable, long-term role with a good employer.
