About the Role: This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll be involved in the end-to-end process of managing spare parts requests. From liaising with customers to finding the right parts and organising delivery, you'll be integral to ensuring customers get the parts they need, when they need them.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries (phone & email) and process orders for OEM spare parts.
  • Manage the order lifecycle from locating parts in stores to delivery and paperwork.
  • Utilize computer catalogues and technical manuals to find the correct parts.
  • Support a nationwide spare parts team and work with customers across NSW, VIC, and TAS.
  • If you have a forklift license, that's great-but if not, we're happy to help you get one.

What We're Looking For:

  • A mechanical aptitude or similar experience-this is essential, but we'll provide you with training on our systems and parts.
  • A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills.
  • Someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in delivering excellent results.
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (with a 30-minute lunch break).
