We're partnering with a long-established, family-owned wholesale business that has built an outstanding reputation over many years. Behind the scenes, they play a key role in supplying products to some of Australia's major retailers.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys taking ownership, being hands-on, and working within a small, supportive team environment.

About the Role

As the Senior Storeperson, you'll be a key member of the warehouse team, helping to keep daily operations running smoothly and efficiently. This role offers plenty of variety and the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities as you grow within the business.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Receiving and unloading incoming stock and containers
• Checking and reconciling deliveries
• Organising and maintaining warehouse stock locations
• Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders
• Using freight portals and coordinating outgoing shipments
• Operating warehouse equipment including walkers and stackers
• Maintaining warehouse presentation, cleanliness and safety standards
• Assisting with stock control and inventory management
• Learning and working within the company's ERP/inventory system
• Supporting continuous improvements across warehouse operations

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a warehouse or stores environment
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes and inventory control
• Reliable, dependable and takes pride in their work
• Comfortable with manual handling duties
• Someone who enjoys being part of a small team and is happy to roll their sleeves up
• Looking for a long-term opportunity with a stable employer
