What You'll Be Responsible For

• Leading all site operations across production, warehousing, quality, maintenance, and safety
• Driving a strong safety-first culture across a large workforce
• Developing and mentoring leaders to build high-performing teams
• Delivering production targets while maintaining quality and customer expectations
• Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
• Managing operational budgets, KPIs, and site performance metrics
• Partnering with senior leadership to support strategic business objectives
• Driving operational efficiencies and best-practice manufacturing processes

• Proven experience leading large manufacturing or FMCG operations
