Role
As the Senior Bookkeeper, you'll play a pivotal role in managing the company's financial health. Your diverse responsibilities will include:

• Performing bank reconciliations and managing cash flow
• Overseeing hedging and foreign exchange processes
• Preparing and evaluating sales and purchasing budgets
• Conducting P&L reviews, margin, and variance analysis
• Managing inventory control and forecasting
• Reviewing expenditures and implementing cost-saving strategies
• Developing cost models for current and future accounts
• Handling accounts payable and receivable
• Preparing month-end reports and assessing performance for management discussions
• Managing payroll operations
• Preparing PBT and company tax returns

You
To succeed in this role, you should bring:

• Proven experience in bookkeeping or a similar finance role
• Proficiency with XERO accounting software
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with the MS Office Suite
• A deep understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles
• Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational abilities
• The ability to work independently and juggle multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
