Sales Engineer - Compressor Solutions
Location: Dandenong South, VIC
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Sales Engineer to join a growing engineering business specialising in premium compressor solutions.
This is a technical, customer-focused role where you'll work directly with clients to assess compressed air systems, identify operational improvements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver engineered solutions that improve efficiency, reliability, and productivity.
Working alongside the Managing Director, you'll become a trusted advisor to customers across a range of industries while helping drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site assessments and identify system improvement opportunities
- Diagnose compressed air system issues and recommend solutions
- Develop compressor and engineered equipment proposals
- Perform air audits and efficiency reviews
- Prepare quotations, ROI calculations, and energy-saving recommendations
- Manage projects from consultation through to implementation
- Build relationships with maintenance managers, engineers, and business owners
- Grow existing accounts while developing new business opportunities
- Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and territory plan
About You:
- Experience in Sales Engineering, Technical Sales, Application Engineering, or Industrial Solutions Sales
- Knowledge of compressors, compressed air systems, pneumatics, pumps, rotating equipment, or industrial machinery
- Strong problem-solving and solution-selling skills
- Ability to conduct site inspections and technical evaluations
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated with strong business development capabilities
- Current Driver's Licence
