About the role
Working closely with our Commercial Consultants, you will assist with:
- Sourcing and screening candidates
- Writing and posting job advertisements
- Conducting phone interviews and reference checks
- Database management and candidate care
- Coordinating interviews and recruitment administration
- Building talent pools and supporting recruitment campaigns
About you
You'll be someone who enjoys working with people, is highly organised, and brings a positive attitude to the team. Previous recruitment administration or resourcing experience is preferred.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence speaking with people over the phone
- A proactive and team-focused approach
- Good computer and administrative skills
