What will the role involve?
You will be responsible for arranging the installation, removal, and relocation of products. you will ensure customers receive high quality and efficient service whilst fulfilling various project requests. Duties will include:
- Logistics Coordination: Actively manage all requests organising transport, collections and relocations and quotes for delivery and installation etc.
- Administration and Project Coordination: Update the internal database, monitor the shared email inbox and track project progress.
- Customer Service: Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and provide excellent customer service whilst working out solutions.
What you'll need:
- Previous administrative experience, preferably 1-2 years
- Experience with logistics would be a huge benefit
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task whilst working under pressure
