We are now looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic and fast-paced Industrial Team to commence in January 2026.

About the Role

In this diverse and rewarding position, you'll manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for clients and candidates alike. You'll combine strong process management with creative problem-solving to deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the full recruitment cycle - sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates
• Conducting client visits and maintaining strong relationships
• Account management
• Reference checking and coordinating inductions
• Maintaining accurate records in our database
• Proactively identifying and converting new business opportunities

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

• Proven experience in blue-collar labour hire recruitment or a similar fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• A proactive, team-oriented approach
• The ability to work independently and think outside the box
