✅About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations at the Bayswater manufacturing facility.
Reporting directly to the Manufacturing Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring safety compliance, production efficiency, product quality, and workforce effectiveness across the factory.
This is a key role for someone who enjoys leading people, improving processes, and delivering results through team performance.

- Proven experience as a team leader or production supervisor

- Strong understanding of production metrics, manufacturing processes, and safety standards
