The role
This is a specialist role within the People and Culture team, with payroll as your primary focus.
You will manage payroll end-to-end and ensure compliance and accuracy for all staff. Alongside payroll, you will support broader HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, and employee engagement.
This role is ideal for someone with proven payroll experience who values variety and development across HR.
What you'll bring
- As this is an urgent role, you must be available for an immediate start
- Proven end-to-end payroll experience (minimum 2 years) is essential
- Knowledge of awards, EBAs, and payroll compliance requirements
- Strong systems and spreadsheet capability (Employment Hero experience highly regarded)
- High level of organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong communication skills and proactive follow-through
- HR or Business qualification is helpful but not essential
