A Day in the Life:
✔️ Processing invoices and keeping the accounts payable side running smoothly
✔️ Helping with payroll and timesheets
✔️ Reconciling statements and keeping things balanced
✔️ Jumping in to support the team with admin tasks (filing, reporting, archiving)
✔️ Chatting with suppliers or staff to sort out queries

What We're Looking For

Around 3+ years' experience in accounts payable or admin
- Must have expereince with PRONTO

A great communicator who's comfortable juggling different tasks

Someone who thrives in a team but can also run with things independently

Detail-oriented, organised, and reliable (we love a list maker ✍️)
