We are seeking a capable and experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in Information Technology and proven people management skills to lead and oversee key administrative departments across the College.

About the Role
The Operations Manager will manage a broad range of departments including:

Front Office & Enrolments - Lead a high-performing customer service team and streamline a tech-enabled enrolment process.

IT - Oversee infrastructure, systems, and user support across the school. You'll drive digital transformation and ensure staff and students are supported by reliable and secure technology.

Library Services - Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and effective resource management.

Human Resources - Support recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and performance processes.

Transport - Manage scheduling, compliance, and parent communications for school bus services.

First Aid & OHS - Lead health and safety initiatives, training, and ensure compliance with all regulations.
The ideal candidate will be a tech-savvy operations leader with strong organisational abilities and the people skills to manage and motivate multi-disciplinary teams.

What You Bring

Degree in IT, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

5+ years' experience in operations or school administration, with a strong IT background.

Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage staff across multiple functions.

Knowledge of educational operations, compliance frameworks, and school systems.
