Your new role
- Develop and execute national sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify and secure new contract manufacturing opportunities across Australia
- Manage and grow key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements to maximise profitability
- Collaborate with Operations, R&D, and Supply Chain teams for seamless delivery
- Provide market insights to shape production planning and company strategy
- Report on sales performance and achieve/exceed revenue targets
About you
We're looking for a motivated professional who thrives on results and relationships. You will bring:
- Relevant degree in Business, Supply Chain or similar desirable
- 5+ years in B2B sales/business development, ideally in contract manufacturing, co-packing, or private-label production
- Proven track record of winning new business and achieving sales growth
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and pricing strategies
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate market data into action
