The Role:
As the first point of contact for our long-term, loyal clients, you'll play a key role in delivering top-tier technical assistance and support. Your day-to-day will include:
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues over the phone with confidence and care.
- Collaborating closely with our technical teams to escalate and resolve issues quickly.
- Building strong relationships with both internal teams and external service providers.
- Keeping detailed and accurate case notes to ensure smooth follow-ups.
- Providing clear, consistent, and accurate information when handling queries.
