- Hours: 5:30am - 2:15pm on a 9 day fortnight - enjoy every second Friday off
Your Role & Responsibilities:
The core function of this role is to assemble, wire, test, and troubleshoot electrical panels and instrumentation systems.
- Build and wire control panels and instrument setups using the provided drawings (schematics).
- Keep wiring and parts tidy to meet high-quality standards.
- Install and set up devices like electrical safety controls and temperature sensors.
- Make sure all signals are working correctly with the control systems.
- Do quality checks and test all wiring (continuity tests).
- Find and fix any wiring or instrument problems during the build or after installation.
What You'll Bring:
- Experience in panel wiring or instrumentation, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- An interest in electrical work and ambition to grow your career
- White card preferred but not essential.
