Reporting to the Senior Project Controller, this role is perfect for someone with basic CAD skills who wants to expand into planning, production coordination, and technical manufacturing systems. They will teach you the rest.

What You'll Do

• Prepare workstation top quotes
• Create purchase orders and manage materials for each job
• Produce AutoCAD drawings for client approval
• Feed CNC machinery (HOMAG) via AutoCAD and WoodWOP
• Send cutting patterns to the Holzma saw using Cut Rite
• Develop drawings and CNC programs for prototypes
• Handle job intake, project planning and coordination
• Work closely with production to meet time, quality and delivery goals
• Monitor supply, demand, and inventory for your product portfolio

What You Bring

• Basic CAD skills and a keen interest in technical manufacturing
• Experience in joinery, cabinet making, or similar (advantage)
• Strong communication and customer service ability
• Solid computer skills (Excel, ERP/MRP ideal)
• Familiarity with CNC/CAD/WoodWOP (highly regarded)
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• A team-first mindset with commercial awareness
