About the role

Based in Tennyson, a leading milling, manufacturing, and distributor of flour-based food products are looking for an experienced Weighbridge Operator to join their team on a temp to perm basis. Hours are 6am - 2pm, Monday to Friday (start times can vary)

Duties

• Operate the WinCos system to manage product transfers and loading.
• Operate the weighbridge system to track and record load management.
• Load vehicles in compliance with product, quantity, and quality requirements.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and equipment cleanliness per the cleaning schedule.
• Use SAP to request maintenance tasks and maintain accurate operational records.
• Communicate effectively with management, customer service and transport operators.
• Report incidents impacting customers promptly.
• Ensure delivery dockets and certificates of analysis are accurate and complete.

Skills and experience

• Ability to read and write in English.
• Experience working within a food manufacturing or processing environment.
• Familiarity with HACCP, GMP, and food safety principles.
• Experience in truck loading, sealing, and weighbridge operations.
• Working knowledge of SAP and WinCos systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Forklift License is advantageous
