  • Duties: hands on customer service; ensure the team provide customers with exceptional service second to none, including sales, returns, promotions; track KPI's; handle escalations and report to manager
  • Opportunity for you to take on more of a leadership role - if you have been acting as 2IC then this could be the one for you - small experienced team - high volume environment
  • This is B2B with a large on-line client base
  • Office based - Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm - 30 mins lunch - 37.5 hours pw
  • Stability and security - in times when everything is more expensive having a job where you know you will be valued for your can-do attitude and skills is important
