The Position:

Reporting to the Shift Miller and working closely with the operations team, the Assistant Miller will help support the day-to-day milling operations, ensuring production, quality, and safety standards are maintained.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with milling operations to maintain consistent production performance
• Monitoring product quality and ensuring adherence to QA and GMP standards
• Supporting scheduled maintenance tasks and planned downtime
• Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene requirements
• Learning and developing milling skills under the guidance of experienced operators

What you bring:

Previous experience in a food industry (manufacturing or production environment), (milling experience highly regarded but not essential)

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

A willingness to learn and develop technical skills

Good teamwork and communication skills

A proactive, safety-focused attitude
