If you've worked with Pronto before, fantastic - if not, we're happy to train the right person. A Day in the Life
Your day might include:
✔️ Processing invoices and reconciling accounts payable
✔️ Supporting payroll entry and timesheet management
✔️ Handling purchase orders, credit card statements, and reconciliations
✔️ Helping the team with admin tasks like reporting, filing, and archiving
✔️ Liaising with suppliers and colleagues to resolve queries quickly
What We're Looking For

Pronto experience is desired, but not essential

3+ years in accounts payable and/or admin

High attention to detail and accuracy (you notice the small things!)

Strong communication and organisational skills

A proactive, reliable team player who enjoys variety
