A Day in the Life
Your day might include:
✔️ Processing invoices and reconciling accounts
✔️ Supporting payroll entry and timesheet management
✔️ Handling purchase orders, credit card statements, and reconciliations
✔️ Helping the team with admin tasks like reporting, filing, and archiving
✔️ Liaising with suppliers and colleagues to resolve queries quickly - some customer liaison
What We're Looking For
- Pronto experience
- 2+ years in accounts/admin
- High attention to detail and accuracy (you notice the small things!)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, reliable team player who enjoys variety
