About the Role

As Account Executive, you'll manage a portfolio of key Australian retailers and play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, expanding category presence, and working cross-functionally to bring compelling product ranges to market.

From books to DIY kits to creative stationery and educational toys, you'll be helping customers discover products that delight and inspire - while smashing your sales goals.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in account management or sales in consumer goods or retail
  • Understanding of the requirements of major retailers and how they work and operate
  • Strong commercial acumen - comfortable with margins, costings and negotiations
  • A creative and curious mindset - you enjoy spotting trends and gaps in the market
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work autonomously
  • A passion for product and customer satisfaction

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of major retail accounts
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with buyers and category teams
  • Work with internal teams to develop and pitch exciting new product ranges
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts, track performance and meet GP targets
  • Provide insights and feedback to support continuous product improvement
