Are you detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and ready to take on a dynamic role in warehouse operations? We're looking for a motivated Warehouse Coordinator to manage and streamline the warehouse workflow of this global company.

This company is a worldwide leader that specialises in separation and sorting solutions for the mining, waste and recycling sectors. They have been in operation for over 100 years and have proven success.

If you have a forklift license, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities…

  • Overseeing the efficient movement of goods throughout the warehouse
  • Managing inventory levels and ensuring accurate stock counts
  • Coordinating the storage and dispatch of finished products
  • Executing daily production and shipping plans, and organizing excess stock as needed
  • Optimizing storage space allocations to improve product flow
  • Inspecting and categorizing incoming deliveries for proper storage
  • Confirming product availability by reviewing inventory records or conducting physical counts
  • Repacking or reorganizing pallets of finished goods when necessary
  • Picking, packing, and labelling products for shipment
  • Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean and organized
  • Operating forklifts as needed for storage and shipment tasks
  • Recording all relevant activities and performing regular stock audits
  • Managing inventory levels through physical counts and reconciliations

What you'll need…

  • Forklift operation and license are essential
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
  • Safety-focused mindset
