About the Opportunity

Your role will be a balance of customer engagement and operational coordination will include;

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
• Coordinating and allocating daily transport work
• Supporting and managing a small team of drivers
• Identifying opportunities to grow revenue and secure additional work
• Assisting with operational tasks when required (hands-on involvement)
• Working closely with management to ensure safety and compliance standards are met

What you'll need to be successful

• Previous experience from transport, logistics, precast concrete, construction materials, manufacturing or another industrial environments.
• Ability to build strong, long-term customer relationships.
• A practical understanding of transport or operational environments.
• A hands-on approach and willingness to get involved wherever needed.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
• The motivation to work autonomously and take ownership of your region.
• A desire to grow into a leadership role as the operation expands.
