Based in Braeside, this composites manufacturer produces custom-made components, with every product uniquely designed and built. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Tradesperson to join their close-knit team, assisting in the production of high-quality composite products.

This position begins as an on-hired role, working Monday to Thursday 7:00am-3:30pm and Friday 7:00am-1:00pm. The successful candidate will be considered for a permanent position following a successful probation period.

Key Duties

• Read and interpret technical drawings and designs
• Use a variety of hand and power tools
• Work with fibreglass and carbon fibre materials
• Carry out painting and spray painting tasks
• Perform general factory and workshop duties as required

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a trade or hands-on manufacturing role
• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving ability
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop skills
• Experience with laminating and fibreglass highly regarded
