What You'll Do

Reporting to the System Operations Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring optimal performance across systems and hardware while providing second-level technical support and escalation assistance.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring systems and logs to identify, investigate, and resolve issues
• Providing advanced technical support to internal teams and external partners
• Conducting detailed analysis of escalated issues and implementing preventative solutions
• Performing system configuration, testing, and maintenance on hardware and software
• Creating and maintaining operational and training documentation
• Coordinating with third-party service providers to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems
• Assisting with new product staging and release testing under strict guidelines
• Completing fleet optimisation and ensuring smooth system operations across all sites

What You'll Bring

• Tertiary qualifications in IT, Business, or relevant industry certifications (highly regarded)
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Helpdesk or System Operations roles
• Strong knowledge of hardware/software troubleshooting and maintenance
• Experience with call management and system monitoring tools
• Router/network configuration and system setup experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
