What you'll be doing:

  • Spearhead strategic growth initiatives and drive market expansion across new and existing client bases
  • Build and maintain long-term, high-value relationships with clients, becoming their trusted industry advisor
  • Develop and manage effective pricing strategies to optimise profitability
  • Utilise HubSpot CRM to track pipelines, customer data, and engagement insights
  • Act as the vital link between engineering, operations, quality, and commercial teams-ensuring complete alignment with customer needs

What we're looking for:

  • A seasoned sales or business development professional with experience in Precision Engineering, bonus if it's in Medical, Defence, or Aerospace
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, component standards, and project quoting
  • Proven track record in growing customer bases and increasing revenue through strategic, solutions-focused selling
  • Skilled in CRM tools (ideally HubSpot), pipeline management, and client engagement
  • A collaborative team player with strong negotiation skills and a passion for customer success
