What You'll Do Every Day:

• Partner with national teams in Safety, Finance, and Supply Chain to align priorities and optimise performance.

• Senior operations leader with experience in FMCG or food manufacturing
• Proven track record in leading multi-line production sites and delivering measurable results
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence, engage and develop high-performing teams
• Hands-on, practical, and focused on driving continuous improvement and operational excellence
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
• Bonus: experience in ingredient or broader food manufacturing
