About The Role:

We are seeking an On Road Service Technician to join a vibrant and energetic team on a permanent, full-time basis.

This role will suit someone who is hands on, likes variety and has previous window & door industry experience. You will be responsible for the servicing of window and door products and be integral to supporting customers within Warrnambool & surrounding areas including Avoca and Mount Gambier whilst providing quality workmanship & superior customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out installation, repairs, service, adjustments & maintenance on a range of windows & doors
• Performing site assessments and measuring for product fittings
• Handling installation and assembly of windows and doors
• Interpreting project details and documentation
• Maintaining accurate digital service records of works carried out & meeting deadlines
• Overseeing supplies and inventory
• Maintaining tools and equipment
• Liaising with customers in a professional manner
• Ensuring all safety regulations and company guidelines are followed

Skills & Experience:

• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Unrestricted valid Car Drivers' License
• Possession of a Construction Safety White Card
• Demonstrated safe practice in operating the use of hand and power tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Trade qualifications in Building, Cabinet Making, Carpentry or as a Glazier would be highly desirable
• Flexibility to travel

About You:

• Experience with installation and repair of doors and window
• Proven experience with manual handling and a strong understanding of safe lifting techniques
• Good physical strength and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy or bulky items
• High level of quality control and compliance with OH&S
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Be self-motivated and solutions focused
